PILGRIM BBC CELEBRATES 29th CHURCH FOUNDATION
AS PILGRIM BIBLE BAPTIST CHURCH
her 29th Foundation Anniversary, more than 500 people
witnessed and heard the messages of both American and
Filipino speakers in a five-day long thanksgiving affair
from December 11 - 16, 2007. Pastor Steves Barber
from Landmark Baptist Church, Brandon, Florida, USA was one of
the guest speakers. He was with his wife Cherry and seven
other American guests. Dr. Felicidad Felicilda
a surgeon and Pastor of Talisay Bible Baptist Church in Cebu
and now Missionary to Congo, Africa was the speaker from
Wednesday to Friday, December 12-14,2007.
FILIPINO MINISTERIAL FELLOWSHIP'S CHRISTMAS PARTY
THE FILIPINO MINISTERIAL FELLOWSHIP (FMF)
an organization of some 60 Filipino pastors and Christian
leaders in Ontario held a meaningful Christmas Party at
the Kipling Avenue Baptist Church, Etobicoke, this province
last December 10, 2007 hosted by
Rev. Elmer Manzo
, senior pastor of the said
church . Pastor Elmer
was one of the four
Baptist founding pastors of the FMF and was the first
President of the said organization. The FMF was founded in
2000 where he served for two terms from 2000 - 2004.
Attended by 40 pastors and their wives, the fellowship was
made memorable with the Christian books and other items
donated by Pastor Alex Pacis of Lighthouse Christian
Ministries of Mississauga. Pastor Pacis is currently the
Treasurer of the Organization.

of Pilgrim BBC was the speaker on the final day on the theme
"Be an Example of Faith"
Pastor Bing expressed his gratitude to the Lord for blessing
his ministry not only in Barangay Sto. Niņo, Cainta, Rizal but
all the 49 Churches and missions nationwide which God has
entrusted under his care. Another ministry which Rev.
Escrupolo is busy about is the 17 year old
Pilgrim Baptist Academy
Christian education to some 70 students from elementary
to high school levels.
IBBC Philippines Starts Bahay Kalinga and Livelihood Programs
homeless families including three who were
victims of the recent typhoon Milenio that lashed the Central
Luzon particularly Pampanga recently were provided with food
shelter and livelihood program( Poultry farm) by the IBB Churches.
Two families who were victims are members of IBBC blind preachers
in Lubao Pampanga. Lubao Missionary pastor Rene Escala reported.
The said poultry farm is reportedly a cooperative effort with
Foster Farms.( FF supplies the chicks and IBBC feeds them to
maturity for harvest)The FF supplies chicken to large and
popular fastfood chains in the country. The poultry farm and the
Bahay kalinga are currently housed on the property bought by
preacher Zaldy Espinoza.
The said farm was reportedly intended as a mango farm but due to
the recent typhoon, most of the mango trees were destroyed. Pr.

254 SOULS FOR THE LORD
of 254 new believers have been
added in Heavens list as the the faithful brethren of The
Bible Baptist Temple of San Joaquin Pasig City celebrated
her 27th year Anniversary last December 16,2007, Reverend
Primo J. Tabanda told the BC in an interview recently.
The new converts were believed to be some first
time and frequent visitors invited and were fruits of
Bible studies and cell groups brought in by mission hearted
Biblical Christians of the church. Praise the Lord.
Pastor Tabanda said that on the anniversary day some 875
people joined the celebration of victory for the Lord Jesus,
even as they celebrated with excitement the holiday season
centered on the birth of our Lord and Savior.
The indefatigable BBT senior pastor said that this year's
Anniversary theme centered on "Do your Best And God Will Do
The Rest". Many church observers expressed excitement even
as many churches elsewhere in the country and around the
world are working double time in soul winning because
the Lord's coming is widely perceived as very eminently seen
Bible believers and observers noted that vital signs have
already manifested as what the Bible reveals.

making waves across the province of Ontario performed at the Grace Baptist Church International in Scarborough recently for the Lord.
The 14 man local talents from Davao City Philippines popularly known as The Himig Gospel Singers who grouped themselves to sing for the Lord has wowed a jammed packed church sanctuary in a series of gospel songs they performed before an overwhelmed Filipinos and Canadians. The group started as a secular choir 20 years ago, but the present batch met the Lord in Canada in 2005 led by conductor Alvin

MASBATE BAPTIST CHURCH WINS SOULS FOR CHRIST
Masbate City, MASBATE
souls were won for Christ during the
various Christmas programs as part of the evangelistic and soul
winning crusades conducted by the Masbate Baptist Church (MBC) in
this city recently. In the Women's Christmas Bazaar
held last December 16, 2007 at the said Church
some 200 new souls received the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and
Savior out of more than three hundred believed to be first time and
frequent visitors in the church. This was announced by Pastor
Allan B. Aureus, Director of the Masbate Baptist Bible School in
a late night phone interview with the Chronicle.. The women's
group is headed by Annabelle Sahagun, wife of Reverend William
Sahagun, pastor of the Masbate Baptist Church.
Meanwhile, the MBC Young People's Concert held at the Masbate High
School Auditorium in Quezon Street last December 15, 2007 brought
more than a hundred young people to Christ.
